Nowadays, a good night‘s sleep is like an endangered species that needs to be protected. It slowly vanishes as we lose our precious minutes of sleep to browsing, working, partying and worrying about everyday problems or even worse - to rolling over on our old mattresses and adjusting those uncomfortable pillows. Luckily, we know some ways to protect the good sleep.

How to protect a good sleep?
IKEA sleep survey shows that 65% in Latvia at least partially feel dissatisfied with their life-work-sleep balance. However, every fourth does not consider sleeping as a priority, while almost a quarter of the respondents only devote up to 6 hours to the night’s rest.
