The company Tamro Baltics approached us with a dream of a meeting room makeover. Originally it was designed to be fitted with windows, but the owners decided they weren't ready for such a step after all. The task was exciting and quite challenging: to make a windowless room visually larger and brighter, without compromising on functionality.
Considering the owners' wishes for the overall image of the space, we wondered how to create a cosy atmosphere in a windowless room. Therefore, a curtain wall was created, which conjures up the illusion of a window. In the centre, we placed conference tables and chairs, as well as a MITTZON table with castors. It is very handy when hosting meetings or using the computer in the green seating area with its artificial plant wall, armchairs and coffee table. The seating area is separated from the work area by a MITTZON frame with green plant decoration. This layout maximises the potential of the space, allowing the whole area to be used efficiently.
There is space for both functional and decorative parts of the interior. The spacious GALANT cabinets and the green KALLAX shelf are both interior highlights and practical storage. The colourful table lamps are also a beautiful addition to the overall décor and another way of illuminating the room when the main lighting seems too bright.
