In this class, DhD in Psychology and expert at the Latvian Parents' Organization Sabīne Bērziņa will reveal the role of holiday rituals in strengthening family bonds, promoting emotional safety and enjoying togetherness.

Lecture for parents: the importance of sleep for a preschooler

Good sleep is one of the most important foundations for a child's health and development, especially for younger children. Parents often wonder how many hours of sleep are enough for a child, how to invent a peaceful bedtime ritual, as well as about arranging a sleeping area that fosters quality sleep. The class is led by Marta Celmiņa, a pediatrician and sleep specialist at the Epilepsy and Sleep Medicine Center of the Children's Clinical University Hospital.
