We are inviting to spend the festive time creating some beautiful Christmas decorations, decorating gingerbread treats, as well as making greeting cards for the belowed ones.

Lecture for parents: the importance of sleep for a preschooler

Good sleep is one of the most important foundations for a child's health and development, especially for younger children. Parents often wonder how many hours of sleep are enough for a child, how to invent a peaceful bedtime ritual, as well as about arranging a sleeping area that fosters quality sleep. The class is led by Marta Celmiņa, a pediatrician and sleep specialist at the Epilepsy and Sleep Medicine Center of the Children's Clinical University Hospital.
