Small children, big smiles: how to take care of your baby's dental health

The class is led by pediatric dentist Rebeka Eihmane.

First teeth are an important stage in a child's development – they affect speech formation, eating habits and, of course, the child's well-being. However, many parents have questions – when to start brushing teeth, how to choose toothpaste, and how to reduce fear of the dentist?

In this class, pediatric dentist Rebeka Eihmane, who has more than 25 years of experience working with the youngest patients, will provide practical advice and answer the most frequently asked questions from new parents.

You will learn how to:
  • properly care for teeth from the first months of life;
  • develop a positive attitude towards the dentist;
  • reduce the risk of tooth decay and develop healthy habits for the whole family.

Planning festive menu for a family

The class is led by culinary expert and author Anna Panna.

The holiday season brings great joy, but also a little stress – what menu will serve all tastes, how to cook food simply and present beautifully, and how not to lose all of precious time in the kitchen. In this class, Anna Panna will share ideas on how to create a festive atmosphere at the table without losing the joy of the cooking process.

You will learn how to:
  • plan your meals so that healthy options are always within reach;
  • save time by cooking smarter, not more;
